distribute tar.xz tarballs, not tar.lzma

.lzma was just a stop-gap solution to get lzma compression used on linux-like systems.
Since xz format was established (and xz-utils released as not a beta), .lzma became obsolete - especially in autotools managed projects ('dist-xz' target).
